We are expecting to hear soon on the outcome of our application to turn a current car breakers yard garage/workshop near the quiet village of Upham into a sympathetically designed commercial park for new businesses.
The setting of the development dictated the soft design model complemented by using local materials to enhance and harmonise with the natural neighbourhood, that is vital to this type of application. If successful we intend to build out the park within a 9 month timeframe.
The park will offer over 14,000 sq ft of B1 business use combining 11 individual units with landscaping and parking.
