Able to communicate with local planners, the general public, architects and lawyers alike, Steve has a trained eye when it comes to seeking new and potential residential development having founded successful new build company Rainbow Homes in 2000 and establishing the company as one of the most successful and respected local property companies, building several landmark developments, ‘Arena’ neighbouring The Rose Bowl ground, home of Hampshire Cricket Club and Ascot Place the first major apartment development in the fast growing Hedge End district of Hampshire, with an office group of just 2 personel.
